MEGALAN WARRANTY INFORMATION:

MEGABUILD WARRANTY

MEGABUILD is defined as any computer assembled by Megalan PR where all its components were purchased through Megalan PR. The "MEGABUILD Warranty" stipulates that all MEGABUILDs will have, from the delivery date, a 1-year warranty on labor for any requested repairs or corrections and a 1-year warranty on parts.

MEGAREBUILD WARRANTY

MEGAREBUILD is defined as any computer assembled by Megalan PR where 1 or more components are "B-Stock," remanufactured, or provided by the customer. The "MEGAREBUILD WARRANTY" stipulates that all MEGAREBUILDs will have, from the delivery date, a 90-day warranty on labor for any requested repairs or corrections and, for components purchased through Megalan PR, a 90-day warranty on "B-STOCK" or remanufactured parts and a 1-year warranty on new parts.

MEGAREPAIR WARRANTY

The "MEGAREPAIR Warranty" stipulates that any repair, maintenance, upgrade, and/or service will have, from the delivery date, a 30-day warranty on labor for any requested repairs or corrections.

MEGA-TECHSUPPORT

In addition to all stipulated warranties, all our customers will be entitled to free remote technical support for life during business hours. Remote support includes calls, text messages, emails, and remote access via Team Viewer. It does not include technical support for programs downloaded by the customer.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES

Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty for an additional cost. For an annual payment of $120, the warranty extends to three (3) years for parts and lifetime coverage for labor. This means that Megalan PR will provide free repairs for any manufacturing defects or labor for the three-year period and for labor for the entire product lifetime, as long as the customer keeps the extended warranty active. CLAIMS

For any warranty claims, please send us a message at support@megalanpr.com. You must have a purchase receipt for any claim, whether digital or printed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL WARRANTIES

All labor warranties include, but are not limited to, round-trip shipping costs, diagnostics, replacement of defective components, among other related services. All part warranties include 1 replacement of each part with one of equal or greater capacity or performance.

Any stipulated warranty service does not include damages or defects due to negligence, accidents, abuse, power flow problems, or problems due to lack of preventive maintenance. Any warranty service may be voided by any unauthorized changes or additions made to your equipment by Megalan PR. Megalan PR reserves the right to approve any warranty claim.

Any warranty offered by Megalan PR will only be valid for the original customer of your equipment or service. Megalan PR may consider transferring the warranty to other individual(s). If you are considering transferring your warranty, please email us at warrantytransfer@megalanpr.com.
